About the Role
As Workshop Controller Foreman, you will take ownership of the daily workshop operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:

• Allocate and prioritise work to technicians
• Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
• Maintain quality control and compliance standards
• Support, mentor and motivate the workshop team
• Work closely with service advisors for smooth workflow
• Identify and drive process improvements

About You
You are a hands-on leader who knows how to run a productive and engaged workshop team.
We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Workshop Controller or Foreman
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
• Is highly organised with solid problem-solving ability
• Takes pride in workshop performance and customer outcomes
• Holds relevant automotive trade qualifications
• Has EV experience or is keen to learn
