The Opportunity
We are looking for a Workshop Administrator to join our Westgate Depot on a permanent, full-time basis, reporting directly to the Workshop Manager.
This is a pivotal role supporting the efficient operation of our workshop and maintenance function. You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day workshop administration, maintaining accurate fleet and maintenance records and ensuring our systems and processes support a safe, compliant and high-performing operation.
Working closely with workshop staff, suppliers, contractors, and operational teams, you'll manage purchasing, stock control, invoice processing, fleet bookings with external providers and the administration of workshop management systems, including VMS. You'll also help ensure the integrity of maintenance data and reporting that supports smarter operational decision-making.

You're an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You take pride in delivering high-quality administrative support and have a keen eye for detail. You're confident working with systems and data, enjoy improving processes, and can build positive working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Whether you already have experience in a workshop, transport, logistics, or maintenance environment, or you're keen to learn, you'll bring a willingness to get involved and support the wider team.
