Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons as a Workshop Administrator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administration? Join Ali & Sons Motors – After Sales Services as a Workshop Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting branch operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination across the Service and Workshop teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Frontline and Back-office teams with daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate branch records, documents, and filing systems.
• Manage job card storage, filing, and document transfers.
• Maintain Courtesy Car and employee records.
• Prepare HR requirements for monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, RTD, PR, and GRN creation.
• Monitor attendance, absence justifications, and leave applications in SAP and EDP.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentations as required.
• Support the Service Manager with office-related activities and other administrative duties.

Role Purpose:

To ensure efficient branch administration, accurate documentation, and effective operational support to the Service Manager, Reception, Workshop Staff, and branch team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Diploma.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential.
• Software Skills: Computer literate; knowledge of SAP, EDP, and EDMS is an advantage.
