
What you will do
We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Workplace Technology Operations Coordinator to support the deployment and ongoing management of workplace technology solutions for customers.
In this role, you'll coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware devices, from configuration and testing through shipping, inventory management, and customer support. You'll also help customers maximize their workplace management solutions by setting up utilization reporting tools, floor plans, and surveys within the FM:Systems platform.
How you will do it
Prepare and deploy workplace technology devices for customers worldwide.
Manage inventory, shipments, returns, and asset tracking.
Support customers with technical and operational queries.
Configure workplace surveys, floor plans, and reporting tools in FM:Systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer projects.
Help improve operational processes and customer experience.
Contribute to global operations by supporting customers across multiple regions.
What we look for
Required
Experience in a similar role, for example in operations, logistics, customer support, workplace technology, procurement, or administrative coordination role.
Passion for hardware and software solutions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems proactively.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred
Experience with inventory management, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
Experience supporting hardware deployments, mobile devices, tablets, or scanners.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira.
Experience working with floor plans, PDF editing tools, or AutoCAD.
