We’re looking for a Workplace Technology and Enablement Specialist who is passionate about helping customers get real value from their technology investments through practical coaching, collaboration, and modern ways of working.

What you’ll be working on

In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and technology partners to help organisations improve productivity, collaboration, and digital capability across their workplaces.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers across New Zealand
  • Helping customers maximise the value of Microsoft technologies and workplace solutions already available to them
  • Delivering engaging productivity coaching sessions both remotely and face-to-face
  • Supporting organisations to improve workflows, collaboration, and workplace wellbeing through technology enablement
  • Identifying opportunities to grow Digital Skills and End User Computing services within existing customer environments
  • Creating and maintaining learning content, training resources, and enablement materials
  • Partnering with sales, services, and vendor teams to support strategic customer outcomes
  • Presenting Microsoft and workplace technology solutions to internal and external audiences
  • Providing insights, reporting, and recommendations that improve customer experience and service delivery
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of training products and customer enablement programs

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Essential

  • Strong experience working with Microsoft workplace technologies across pre-sales, enablement, consulting, or customer engagement environments
  • Experience presenting, facilitating, or delivering training to diverse audiences
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders across technical and business teams
  • Experience improving workflows, workplace collaboration, or business processes through technology
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and modern workplace trends
  • Experience working toward customer outcomes, KPIs, or growth targets

Desirable

  • Experience in digital adoption, workplace enablement, or productivity coaching
  • Exposure to Microsoft Surface or end-user computing solutions
  • Experience creating learning resources or enablement content
  • Familiarity working with education, government, or enterprise customers
  • Experience supporting organisational change or digital transformation initiatives
