Job Description

Seeking a highly experienced Digital Experience (DEX) Lead to manage and enhance a large-scale NextThink environment supporting approximately 40,000 end users. This individual will lead a team of three (including two direct reports) and serve as both a technical leader and product owner for the organization's digital employee experience program. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team responsible for Digital Experience Management (DEX). Drive strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Digital Experience program. Own and evolve the organization's highly customized NextThink environment. Design, develop, and maintain automated remediation solutions using PowerShell and NextThink Remote Actions. Lead major initiatives such as endpoint reboot process redesigns, vulnerability-driven reboot strategies, and proactive issue remediation. Partner with stakeholders to align NextThink capabilities and roadmap with business objectives. Act as an internal advocate and product owner for the NextThink platform. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with NextThink, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience leading Digital Experience or End User Experience programs. Experience supporting large user populations (tens of thousands of endpoints preferred). Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with the ability to build and maintain custom automations and remote actions. Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive operational improvements. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product ownership skills. Preferred Experience Experience creating and managing large numbers of NextThink Remote Actions and custom automations. Background implementing proactive issue detection and self-healing solutions. Experience leveraging NextThink beyond out-of-the-box capabilities through extensive customization. Familiarity with other Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX) platforms is helpful, but strong NextThink expertise is highly preferred. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in NextThink and automation with strong leadership and product ownership capabilities. They should have successfully led digital experience initiatives, managed enterprise-scale environments, and driven meaningful improvements to employee technology experiences. Given the niche nature of the role, candidates with either exceptionally strong NextThink expertise or strong DEX leadership experience will be considered, with preference given to those possessing both.ntrol, execution safeguards, rollback planning, and post-deployment validation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $139000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
