Workplace Student Assistant at ZeroNorth

Are you a proactive and organised student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment? At ZeroNorth, we're seeking a dedicated Workplace Student Assistant to be at the heart of our vibrant office.

You'll manage daily operations, from keeping our fridge stocked and overseeing supplies, to actively participating in company events and ensuring our office space is always top-notch. Plus, there's an exciting optional opportunity for those interested in IT and Security support – setting up devices and assisting users.

If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy supporting a diverse team, this role offers invaluable practical experience and a chance to make a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining supplies, stocking the fridge, and ensuring a pleasant and organized office environment.
• Keep accurate track of office stock and associated costs to ensure efficient resource management.
• Actively participate in and support company events.
• Opportunity to contribute to IT and Security functions, including setting up MacBooks and iPhones, providing user assistance, and managing various IT systems.
• Ensure the office space remains tidy, clean, and well-maintained.

Your profile:

• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing diverse daily tasks.
• Possesses a keen eye for detail in maintaining office standards and managing inventory.
• Enjoys supporting colleagues and ensuring a smooth operational flow.
• Interest in or aptitude for IT and security tasks, including basic hardware setup and user support.
