We are hiring for an experienced and people-focused leader to join our Workplace Solutions team as Deputy Head of Client Onboarding for EMEA. In this role, you will play a leading role in shaping how we deliver onboarding and implementation services across the region. You will lead a talented team, influence and align stakeholders across the business, and deliver seamless onboarding experiences for our clients. You will set regional standards and be accountable for delivery outcomes, risk and control requirements, and stakeholder engagement across EMEA. Job Responsibilities
Lead Regional Delivery
• Oversee a portfolio of client onboarding and implementation projects across EMEA
• Own your team’s successful, timely delivery from initial setup through to go-live
• Prioritize work and allocate resources to meet client and business needs
Inspire and Develop a High-Performing Team
• Lead, coach, and support a team of managers and specialists
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
• Support career development and growth within your team
Enhance Client Experience
• Lead key client conversations for complex or strategic implementations
• Lead cross-functional partnership to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences
• Lead escalations and drive issue resolution
Drive Continuous Improvement
• Own the regional continuous improvement roadmap
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working
• Ensure adoption of best practices and regional standards
Support Governance and Reporting
• Own the regional team governance model, reporting cadence, and KPI outcomes
• Monitor delivery metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
• Ensure team alignment with internal policies and regulatory expectations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
• Experience in client onboarding, implementation, or project/program delivery
• Previous people leadership experience, with a passion for developing others
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A structured, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and data-driven reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
