Fixed term opportunity until 24 December 2026
We have an opportunity for a Workplace Services Coordinator to join our Workplace Support team on a fixed term basis until 24 December 2026.
In this role, you will support the effective day to day operation of our corporate workplaces, ensuring shared spaces, meeting rooms and facilities are maintained to a high standard. You will coordinate workplace activities and events, support meeting room and audiovisual technology, respond to staff queries and work with internal teams and service providers to resolve workplace issues.
You will also support workplace changes, building communications and health and safety activities, contributing to a safe, professional and positive workplace experience.
You will bring a strong customer service focus and experience within workplace operations, facilities, hospitality or a similar service environment. You will be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities while building effective relationships across the organisation.
You will ideally have:
A relevant qualification in workplace operations, facilities, project management or business would be advantageous.
This fixed term opportunity will see you contribute directly to the workplace experience of our people while supporting the effective operation of Auckland Council’s corporate environments.
You will join a collaborative team and work across a varied range of workplace services, with opportunities to build relationships across the organisation and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
