In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering a Workplace Services experience that is sustainable, compliant, safe, fit for purpose, encourages utilisation, and meets community standards.
This role will see you support the delivery of workplace services including (but not limited to): concierge service delivery, cleaning & waste enquiries, office supply management, mail service management & building induction support. You will also resolve day-to-day and longer-term issues, and work to continually improve the workplace experience.
You will ensure the smooth execution of tasks such as site inspections, audits, hazard risk management and health and safety.
You will also ensure the day-to-day request from customers and stakeholders are met with the upmost customer service. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with high volume of requests & competing priorities.

About you
You are a Workplace Services professional with experience in Workplace Services across large and complex Commercial and/or Industrial property portfolios. You must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisor or team leader role, and will ideally have sound knowledge of Concierge and workplace services.
You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to interact with internal stakeholders, service providers and customers, to provide exceptional customer service. You will drive the customer service within Workplace Services.
You will also have high level administration skills as this role will see you managing high volume of Service Now requests, and working with multiple IT systems and spreadsheets.
You are an inquisitive person with a proactive and can-do attitude. You are a problem solver that is highly organised and able to take ownership of the workplace services service delivery.
