Job Description

Maintenance and Inspections Oversight

• Assist with regular inspections of office spaces and furniture. Coordinate any required maintenance, monitor vendor service delivery, track related invoices, and keep employees informed of work schedules and updates.

Facility Services Coordination

• Coordinate office-related facility requests such as moves, repairs, cleaning, HVAC adjustments, locks, and furniture maintenance. Work closely with internal teams, external vendors and building management to ensure timely resolution and high service quality. Track progress and ensure completion of all service requests.

Remote Work Equipment Coordination

• Manage the deployment of remote work equipment by coordinating with employees and courier vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Support logistics, address delivery issues, and maintain strong communication throughout the process.

Access Control & Surveillance Administration

• Oversee access control and surveillance systems for office facilities. Manage badge activations and terminations, maintain system functionality, perform regular data backups, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor maintenance and repairs, generate access reports, and support internal investigations as needed.

Safety and Security Program Participation

• Actively participate in emergency drills and ensure readiness of emergency response supplies (e.g., first aid kits, emergency lights, and related resources). Support the health and safety process by ensuring timely submission of Workplace Accident and Illness Reports (WAIR) and assisting with incident-related coordination as needed

Ad Hoc Operational Support

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed, including tracking of deployed equipment, managing inventory updates, events management and supporting workplace services initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency,.

Customer Service Excellence

• Provide consistently high-quality, customer-focused service.

Critical Expertise & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• BOSH SO2 level is an advantage

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Demonstrates basic understanding of building infrastructure and office furniture systems.
• Demonstrates basic understanding of OSHA regulations, national building codes and government policies.
• Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveying information to clients, technicians, management, and team members as well as producing reports.
• Basic understanding in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva.

Work Arrangement:

• Full onsite. Primary office location: 27th Floor, RCBC Plaza Tower 2, 6819 Ayala Avenue, cor. Sen. Gil Puyat, Makati City 1200.
• Flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
