We are currently seeking a capable and proactive Workplace Services Coordinator to join our team in Eastern Creek - Sydney. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, with potential for the role to be extended or become permanent .
In addition to front-of-house responsibilities, you will provide administrative support delivering high quality, timely services including, reception services and general office administration.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating internal and external deliveries, couriers and collections, and managing the issuing and maintenance of the security keys and access cards system.
Please note, this role is based on site five days per week.
