About the role
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic trainer/assessor, who can facilitate nationally recognised training courses. You will complete training both at client locations and at our sites in East Arm, NT. You will also be involved in developing new training course materials and writing training plans for our clients.
Our areas of expertise include Height Safety, Confined Space Entry and Rescue, Fire Warden, Work Health and Safety, First Aid, Emergency Response Training, Vertical Rescue Training, Fire Team Training, and First Aid Training.
You will be required to work as part of our training team, wear our company uniform and support our operations by:
Conducting highly engaging emergency response and safety training sessions on-site at client locations and FSA offices
Conducting training sessions at our public training course venues.
Conducting on-site emergency response exercises
Travelling if required to locations within your state to assist our team.
The successful candidate will hold the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Latest TAE with LLN competencies
Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
A strong safety culture
A self-starter who is reliable working autonomously across various projects and courses and is able to travel as required.
