Conduct regular site inspections and identify all foreseeable hazards in work environment
Ensure site compliance to WSH Acts and clients requirements
Recommend solutions to address any unsafe practices or act at workplace and follow up actions to ensure corrective actions being taken by relevant parties
Part of the Risk Management Team and will be involved in reviewing and commenting on Risk Assessments
Liaise with staff, consultants and other relevant third parties in regards to safety issues
Conduct safety campaign / safety training to promote site staff and construction workers' awareness
Maintain proper documentations, certificates and other related EHS records as required by the regulatory authorities
Prepare reports on workplace safety assessments and assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention
Plan, coordinate and assist in Internal & External Safety and Health audits (ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001/CONSASS etc)
Manage sub-contractors' safety procedures and ensure compliance with the Company's Health and Safety standards, policies and practices
Oversee all other matters relating to WSH
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager
