  • Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification across all operational areas, and investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts through root-cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks, prevent recurrence, and strengthen workplace safety performance and culture.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure accuracy of all WSH documentation and records, including certifications, permits, inspections, risk assessments, incidents, training records, corrective actions, and safety reports to support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct workplace safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety inductions to strengthen employee safety awareness, compliance, and adherence to safe work practices.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules (including repairs) and oversee daily facilities operations, building systems, and machinery to ensure safe, functional, and compliant workplace environments, with proper upkeep and safe operation of equipment and machines.
  • Manage and track all maintenance and facilities activities, including contractor and vendor coordination, asset records, inventory, servicing schedules, asset lifecycle management (including disposal), and compliance-related documentation to ensure operational reliability, efficiency, and audit readiness.
  • Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) and facilities readiness planning to ensure operational continuity during disruptions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for workplace safety and facilities matters, liaising with employees, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to manage inspections, respond to queries, provide required documentation, and coordinate compliance actions.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) preferred.
  • Diploma and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, or a related discipline.
