Purpose of Role
Lead the development and implementation of the Workplace Partner Concept, transforming fragmented local supplier arrangements into strategic global and regional partnerships across Workplace Experience & Real Estate (WE&RE).
Drive sourcing strategies, supplier governance, and commercial optimization initiatives that support scalable service delivery models, reduce organizational complexity, strengthen supplier performance, and create sustainable business value.
The role enables WE&RE to improve service quality, increase operational efficiency, and realize cost optimization through a standardized and strategically managed supplier ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous evolution of the Workplace Partner Concept, creating scalable supplier delivery models that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
- Define business requirements, service standards, quality expectations, and desired outcomes for sourcing, tendering, and supplier selection activities.
- Drive supplier consolidation initiatives that reduce complexity, improve governance, and increase leverage with strategic partners.
- Partner with Group Procurement to develop and maintain global and regional workplace sourcing strategies across WE&RE categories aligned to business objectives and operating model requirements.
- Support Procurement throughout tender processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations by providing category expertise and business requirements.
- Establish supplier governance frameworks, performance standards, and KPI structures that improve transparency and accountability.
- Drive supplier performance management processes that improve service quality, consistency, innovation, and value delivery.
- Identify, prioritize, and realize cost optimization opportunities across workplace services, facilities management, security, outsourced services, and associated purchased goods.
- Assess supplier-related operational, commercial, and continuity risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Analyze supplier portfolios, spending patterns, and performance trends to support strategic decision-making and value realization.
- Facilitate collaboration between Procurement, Finance, business units, and regional stakeholders.
- Promote supplier-led innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications
- Project experience with a significant amount of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with strategic suppliers and partnership-based delivery models.
- Experience supporting sourcing initiatives, contract management, and governance activities.
- Experience identifying and delivering cost optimization initiatives.
- Experience operating within a global matrix environment.
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, facilities management, corporate real estate, or related disciplines.
