Job Description

We're looking for Workplace Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring a high standard of functionality, service quality, and employee experience. Supports global on-site needs and drives continuous operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own daily operations, ensuring excellent workplace look & feel and functionality
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees on workplace issues, requests, and on-site needs
  • Manage vendor performance and service quality (SLAs, routines, and escalations)
  • Support global workplace/facilities projects as needed (e.g., vendor transitions, site improvements, space optimization, small expansions/changes)
  • Ensure a safe, well-maintained, and positive working environment that supports employee wellbeing

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative or operations roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and highly accountable with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
