· Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities and manage facility service requests.
· Conduct routine building inspections and workplace readiness audits.
· Support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, pest control, painting, signage, flooring, and life-safety related requests.
· Monitor campus appearance, code compliance, storage areas, and operational standards.
· Manage and route requests received through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
· Track requests through completion and ensure service-level expectations are achieved.
· Serve as a trusted workplace resource and maintain strong business partner relationships.
· Provide hands-on operational support when needed.
· Coordinate conference room reservations, room configurations, and audiovisual requirements.
· Support executive meetings, town halls, conferences, and workplace events.
· Partner with Global Events, Catering, and Technology teams to deliver successful events.
· Support conference center technology and event-day operations.
· Coordinate building service vendors, contractors, recycling, donation, and destruction programs.
· Schedule recurring services and monitor vendor performance.
· Manage vendor access, escorts, work execution, and service quality.
· Build strong relationships with internal and external service providers.
· Coordinate furniture installations, repairs, reconfigurations, and workspace changes.
· Support office moves, occupancy changes, and workplace projects.
· Assist with transportation of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials.
· Maintain organized storage, staging, and inventory areas.
· Maintain maintenance records, service reports, workplace documentation, and operational metrics.
· Support purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, and reporting.
· Maintain workplace information on company communication platforms.
· Support emergency preparedness, compliance programs, and business continuity activities.
· 3+ years of workplace operations, facilities, corporate operations, building operations, or customer service experience.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with service request platforms, vendor coordination, and workplace projects.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
· College degree preferred.
· Ability to walk throughout office buildings and conduct inspections.
· Ability to move furniture, equipment, and materials up to 60 pounds.
· Ability to support event setups, workplace projects, and operational activities.
