Workplace Manager
- Responsible for the day to day FM service delivery at Microsoft office.
- Fully understand the contribution that FM Ops can make to a client's organisation. Provide advice on technically complicated matters.
- Able to provide advice to clients on risk management matters including on handover of sites. Understand importance of Business Continuity Management.
- Provide advice to client on sustainability matters. Understand and keep aware of latest industry standards and new technologies.
- Understand responsibilities through the management agreement. Be comfortable giving advice and have early appreciation of client needs.
- Proactively manage supplier contracts. Capable of tendering contracts
- Detailed knowledge of client contracts.
- Undertake line management where appropriate. Take responsibility for coordinating team wide initiatives and supporting recruitment
- Understand the service lines of the wider business. Put forward C&W's other services to clients on managed properties (e.g. H&S support, project mgt, tenancy support)
- Generates and implements improvements to their specific client accounts and local teams.
- Management of Budget and financial processes
- Financial responsibility for preparing and managing of our operational and capital budgets so as to achieve financial KPI’s of +-3%.
- Production of monthly analysis, re-forecasting and accruals of the Opex & Capex budgets to demonstrate achieving financial KPI’s.
- Assists in providing information and reports necessary for the development of capital budgets for the facility. This includes contributions towards a five-year plan of maintenance, facility improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Acts as Building Ambassador for the local site client’s occupants
