As a Workplace Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of workplace services across multiple locations, ensuring that space planning and facilities management are effectively coordinated. The role includes maintaining safety compliance and providing onsite support to create environments that are both functional and conducive to productivity. This position requires continuous engagement with various tools and data-driven solutions to optimize workplace operations, ensuring that the physical workspaces meet the evolving needs of the business and its employees. The practitioner plays a key role in fostering a safe and well-managed environment that supports overall organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve workplace service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workplace management.
- Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all managed locations.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Field Service Management FSM.
- Experience in managing workplace services including space planning, facilities management, and safety compliance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and leverage technology solutions for workplace optimization.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IFS Field Service Management FSM.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
