
As a Workplace Managed Account Consultant in the Retail & Workplace Planning and Advice (RWPA) organization, you will engage with Workplace Investing participants to identify solutions that will help them in their journey to financial well-being. You will be engaging Fidelity Personalized Planning & Advice – Workplace (FPPA-W) participants through inbound and outbound telephone calls, as well as pre-scheduled appointments. You will help participants with deeper, more sophisticated retirement planning and service needs, ensuring participants appreciate the importance of Fidelity’s goal-based management approach.
Using the Fidelity Relationship Model and practice management expertise, you will assess and address participants’ needs by delivering in-depth planning and advice on complex financial topics. You will provide personalized guidance on FPPA-W personalization, distribution options, investment strategies, and retirement readiness, leveraging digital resources and support tools to help participants achieve their financial goals.
Candidates must have experience in Financial Services; experience in RWPA or Workplace Investing is desirable.
Workplace Planning and Advice is comprised of 1300+ licensed planning and advice professionals within the broader RWPA. Our mission is to help participants develop their journey toward financial well-being. We do this through complete retirement planning and in-plan advice. These services are delivered by associates highly motivated to provide the best participant experience. Our Workplace Managed Account Consultants work with participants enrolled in Fidelity Personalized Planning & Advice – Workplace. They help participants understand Fidelity’s goal-focused management by addressing personalization needs. They build stronger participant relationships through financial planning and offer support via a team-based relationship model.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
