We’re looking for a Workplace Investigation Specialist who can confidently manage fair, thorough, and empathetic investigations into workplace conduct issues. You will shape investigation standards, strengthen our controls and protocols, ensuring a fair process and stronger risk culture across the firm.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Investigations:
  • Conduct fair, thorough and neutral investigations into complex workplace issues.
  • Handle sensitive allegations relating to discrimination, harassment, bullying, retaliation, and misconduct.
  • Deliver clear, fact‑based investigation reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely case progression.

• Strengthen Governance & Risk Controls:
  • Develop and shape Singapore’s investigation protocols, ensuring consistently high standards, policy alignment and procedural fairness.
  • Identify trends, emerging risks, and areas for additional guidance or policy enhancement.
  • Recommend and implement preventive controls and procedural improvements.
  • Conduct trainings for EY personnel

• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with Service Line leaders, Talent, Legal, Risk Management teams.
  • Prepare reports and updates for leadership on case trends and key risks.
  • Support and consult on cross-border investigations as needed.

Skills & Attributes for Success

• Minimum 5 years’ experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, disciplinary procedures, and data protection regulations is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, case documentation, and report writing skills.
• High emotional intelligence, able to navigate sensitive issues, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related fields.
