Workplace Experience Multi‑Service General Manager

Sodexo Corporation – Pike & Rose + Research Grove

Sodexo Corporation is seeking an inspiring, relationship‑driven Workplace Experience Multi‑Service General Manager to lead operations across two energetic sites: Sodexo Headquarters at Pike & Rose and Research Grove, located just 15 minutes apart. This highly visible leadership role partners closely with Sodexo’s C‑suite executives and plays a key part in shaping the workplace experience for our elite corporate environment.

As the senior on‑site leader, you will oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, guide a talented team, and champion initiatives that elevate hospitality, food service excellence, and executive engagement.

What You'll Do

Operations Across Two Dynamic Locations

  • Pike & Rose Headquarters:

    • Café operations
    • Catering (executive, high-end, and large‑scale events)
    • Mailroom services (limited scope)
  • Research Grove:

    • Coffee bar with premium grab‑and‑go offerings
    • Oversight of a thriving $250K annual business unit

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team consisting of:
    • 1 Executive Chef
    • 8 dedicated hourly team members

Operational Ownership

  • Manage off‑site kitchen production and ensure culinary excellence
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Deliver executive‑level catering: dinners, receptions, VIP events
  • Build influential relationships with Sodexo’s C‑suite and senior stakeholders
