Presence by Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to support the delivery of exceptional workplace experiences across a portfolio of office properties. As part of the Presence platform, this role is responsible for creating meaningful tenant engagement opportunities through strategic programming, hospitality-driven service, communications, amenity activation, and community-building initiatives that enhance tenant satisfaction and strengthen building culture.
The Workplace Experience Manager serves as a remote extension of the property team, providing strategic leadership, operational support, and creative programming solutions tailored to each property's unique goals and tenant population. This individual will collaborate closely with property management, clients, vendors, and the centralized Presence team to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences that drive engagement, retention, and value.
In addition to supporting day-to-day property initiatives, this role contributes to the growth and evolution of the Presence platform through onboarding support, training initiatives, process improvement, platform development, and participation in special projects that advance operational excellence and business growth.
This position requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional with strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills. While primarily remote, travel may be required to support client needs, property launches, team meetings, training initiatives, major events, leasing tours, and strategic business objectives.
This role reports to the centralized Presence Platform Team and partners closely with property managers and key stakeholders throughout the organization.
Client & Property Partnership
• Serve as a strategic partner to assigned property management teams, supporting workplace experience initiatives across multiple properties.
• Develop strong relationships with property teams, ownership groups, vendors, and tenant stakeholders.
• Lead regular planning meetings to review programming, property priorities, tenant engagement opportunities, marketing initiatives, and operational objectives.
• Provide recommendations and best practices to enhance the tenant experience and support property goals.
• Prepare and deliver monthly or quarterly reporting on engagement metrics, program performance, tenant feedback, budget utilization, and strategic recommendations.
• Provide remote coaching, guidance, and support to property management teams, workplace experience personnel, concierge teams, and security staff as applicable to promote consistent hospitality standards and service excellence.
• Act as a trusted resource for hospitality, engagement, workplace experience strategies, and service delivery best practices.
Tenant Experience & Community Engagement
• Develop and execute customized engagement strategies designed to foster community, increase participation, and enhance tenant satisfaction.
• Create and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly programming calendars for assigned properties.
• Plan, coordinate, and support a variety of events, activations, wellness programs, appreciation initiatives, and community-building experiences.
• Curate tailored programming designed to activate amenity spaces and drive tenant engagement, wellness, connection, and workplace satisfaction.
• Develop event execution materials including run-of-show documents, floorplans, maps, signage requirements, tablescapes, vendor instructions, logistics plans, hospitality guidelines, and communication materials.
• Provide event execution resources and operational guidance to on-site teams to ensure consistent delivery of Presence programming and experiences.
• Support tenant onboarding initiatives, welcome experiences, welcome gifts, leasing tours, client visits, VIP experiences, and hospitality programs.
• Provide strategic guidance related to tenant journeys, onboarding experiences, leasing support initiatives, and community engagement opportunities.
• Monitor program effectiveness and continuously identify opportunities to improve participation, tenant satisfaction, and engagement.
Marketing & Communications
• Develop and execute communication strategies that promote tenant engagement and awareness of building amenities, programs, and services.
• Create, edit, distribute, and manage tenant newsletters, promotional materials, event communications, and digital content.
• Maintain content across tenant engagement platforms, building applications, websites, and digital communication channels.
• Develop social media and digital engagement content where applicable.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize engagement across tenant communications, newsletters, building applications, social media channels, digital signage, and other communication platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and property teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Utilize all available communication tools including digital signage, monitors, building applications, newsletters, social media platforms, and promotional channels to maximize engagement and awareness.
Operations & Amenity Support
• Provide remote oversight, management, and support for workplace amenities, conference centers, lounges, hospitality spaces, and shared community areas as applicable.
• Coordinate reservations, bookings, amenity utilization, and experience-related operational activities.
• Support consistent execution of Presence service standards, hospitality practices, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure workplace amenities and experiences are delivered in alignment with client expectations and Presence standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, tenant service delivery, amenity utilization, and overall workplace experience.
Vendor & Budget Management
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, community partners, and service providers.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate vendors for programming and event execution.
• Assist with annual budget planning, engagement calendars, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure programs are delivered within approved budgets.
• Track and report key performance indicators to measure engagement, participation, program effectiveness, and overall success.
• Support property teams in evaluating programming effectiveness and recommending enhancements based on performance metrics and tenant feedback.
Presence Platform Development & Growth
• Support the ongoing growth, development, and enhancement of the Presence platform.
• Participate in platform initiatives, pilot programs, service enhancements, and process improvement efforts.
• Assist with new property onboarding, client transitions, and implementation of Presence services.
• Contribute ideas, resources, and best practices that support consistency, scalability, and innovation across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client retention, operational excellence, revenue growth, and strategic platform initiatives.
• Represent the Presence brand through a commitment to service excellence, professionalism, innovation, and hospitality leadership.
Onboarding, Training & Team Support
• Support onboarding efforts for new team members, properties, and clients.
• Assist in creating and maintaining training materials, operational documentation, service standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in the delivery of training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for team members regarding programming, hospitality standards, technology platforms, engagement strategies, event planning, and best practices.
• Promote consistency and alignment with Presence standards and service expectations across all supported locations.
Travel & Special Projects
• Travel as required to support property launches, client meetings, strategic planning sessions, training initiatives, leasing tours, company events, major programming efforts, and key client engagements.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives that support business development, platform expansion, operational improvements, and client success.
• Support additional responsibilities and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
• Perform all responsibilities associated with the Workplace Experience Coordinator role as needed to support client and property requirements, including event coordination, communications, amenity support, reservations management, vendor coordination, tenant engagement activities, and workplace experience service delivery.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, hospitality, and customer service excellence.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing changing priorities and business needs.
