Workplace Experience Lead

Location: Bangalore, India
Reporting To: Site Lead / Regional Facilities Manager

The Workplace Experience Lead is responsible for delivering an exceptional employee and visitor experience through the seamless management of workplace services, hospitality operations, events, front office, and soft services. This role serves as the primary workplace experience ambassador, ensuring the workplace environment reflects LinkedIn's culture while fostering engagement, collaboration, and operational excellence.

The role will lead a team of workplace and hospitality professionals while partnering closely with client stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to elevate the overall employee experience across the Bangalore campus.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Experience & Hospitality

  • Own and drive the overall workplace experience strategy and day-to-day delivery.
  • Create a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment for employees, visitors, and leadership teams.
  • Develop and implement workplace programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for workplace experience initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.

Events & Engagement

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events, town halls, leadership visits, employee engagement activities, and client events.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality workplace experiences aligned with company culture.
  • Ensure flawless execution of events through effective planning, communication, and vendor management.

Front Office & Visitor Experience

  • Oversee reception and front-of-house operations.
  • Ensure a premium visitor and guest experience from arrival through departure.
  • Develop and maintain standards for hospitality, visitor management, and workplace services.

Soft Services Management

  • Manage housekeeping, pantry, mailroom, and other workplace support services.
  • Ensure service delivery meets expected KPIs, SLAs, and workplace standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality and employee experience.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage workplace service providers and vendor performance.
  • Conduct regular service reviews and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Security, IT, Food Program, EHS, Facilities, and other workplace functions.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, service standards, escalation matrices, and workplace guidelines.
  • Support business continuity planning and operational readiness initiatives.
  • Drive workplace audits, compliance activities, and reporting requirements.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop workplace experience team members.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build capability and succession strength.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Corporate Real Estate, or Employee Experience.
  • Experience managing workplace operations in a large corporate environment.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and hospitality-led service delivery.
  • Experience managing events, front office operations, and vendor partnerships.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within technology, multinational, or corporate office environments.
  • Exposure to workplace transitions, office openings, and large-scale employee engagement programs.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service models.
