We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and proactive Workplace Experience Associate to join our growing People team. In this in-office role, you’ll wear multiple hats: owning our NYC office experience, driving overall employee experience, and supporting local and remote engagement programs. You’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related, while also playing a hands-on role in employee experience, culture-building activities, and administrative HR tasks.
This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is excited to take ownership of core workplace operations and people coordination for a distributed US team, with NYC as our hub.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who loves making things run smoothly, notices the details others might miss, and takes real ownership from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the People Operations team and partner across Finance, IT, leadership, and other teams to create a seamless and engaging workplace experience.
The salary for this position ranges between $66,300 - $75,000. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
To support our employees, we offer comprehensive benefits both in and out of the office. These include premium healthcare, comprehensive paid time off, and flexible parental leave. Our bereavement care includes premium access to the Empathy platform and support for employees and their families. We support financial wellness with a company-sponsored 401(k) plan and up to a 4% employer match, along with competitive stock options.
