Overview

The Workplace Enablement Lead is responsible for driving the strategy, adoption, governance, and value realization of enterprise workplace technologies across a global organization. This role leads digital workplace transformation initiatives that help employees work more effectively through modern collaboration, communication, productivity, and AI-powered solutions.

The position serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, communications, training, security, and executive leadership to successfully deploy and scale workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, M365 Copilot, collaboration platforms, and employee experience solutions.

Responsibilities

Digital Workplace Strategy

• Define and execute the global workplace enablement roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide adoption of Global Workplace Services technologies and employee experience initiatives.
• Develop business use cases, value realization frameworks, and adoption strategies.

AI and Productivity Enablement

• Lead adoption and change management efforts for AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI use cases and drive measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, training, communication, and support models for AI deployment.
• Monitor adoption metrics and develop executive reporting for leadership stakeholders.

Change Management and Adoption

• Create enterprise change management strategies for workplace technology deployments.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies, communication recommendations, campaigns, and training programs.
• Drive user adoption through targeted enablement activities and executive sponsorship.
• Develop targeted communication recommendations for key stakeholder groups, including leaders, people managers, frontline employees, and technology champions.
• Track business impact and employee engagement metrics.

Stakeholder and Executive Engagement

• Present strategic recommendations, adoption trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership teams.
• Design and facilitate high-stakes executive training sessions to prepare leaders for major workplace technology launches, adoption risks, and strategic decision points.
• Build strong relationships across IT, HR, Communications, Security, Risk, and business functions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on workplace transformation and employee experience.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a global team of workplace enablement professionals and service partners.
• Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and success measures.
• Foster a culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and program governance.

Governance and Operational Excellence

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, and operational health.
• Drive continuous improvement through analytics, benchmarking, and user feedback.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $1,23,500 - $2,06,750.
• Location confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Organizational Change, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital workplace, employee experience, change management, or technology transformation.
• Proven experience leading global technology adoption programs.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, AI productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and workplace technologies.
• Experience influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
