Every great workplace runs on the details. From keeping our shared spaces welcoming and professional to coordinating suppliers, supporting employees, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, you will help create the environment that enables our teams to perform at their very best.

Your Role

As a Workplace Coordinator at Zenvo, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our office environment and workplace services. You will ensure that shared spaces remain clean, organized, and fully stocked while supporting employees with practical workplace needs.

You will coordinate office suppliers, oversee facilities-related activities, manage our lunch arrangement, and help create the professional and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Zenvo brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a people-focused environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure kitchen and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable following breakfast and lunch service.
  • Monitor and replenish kitchen, office, and meeting room supplies.
  • Coordinate and manage the company lunch scheme, ensuring accurate participation and communication with suppliers.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors, suppliers, and facility service providers.
  • Coordinate maintenance visits, deliveries, repairs, and facility-related services.
  • Support employees with workplace-related requests and day-to-day practical matters.
  • Assist with office errands and administrative support when needed.
  • Support workplace events, visitor management, and general office activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of office facilities and proactively address workplace needs.

Your Background

  • Experience in workplace coordination, office administration, facilities management, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and service-oriented mindset with a natural focus on quality and detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where flexibility and initiative are valued.
  • Experience working with suppliers, service providers, or office administration is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Enjoy creating exceptional workplace experiences for others.
  • Take pride in keeping things organized, structured, and running smoothly.
  • Are proactive and enjoy solving practical challenges.
  • Like working with people and providing support across different teams.
  • Care about quality and pay attention to the details that make a difference.
  • Want to be part of something truly special.

We Offer

  • A flexible part-time position with meaningful responsibility.
  • The opportunity to shape and enhance the daily workplace experience.
  • A collaborative, innovative, and passionate working environment.
  • Opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
