What You'll do:

- Provide first-line IT support by diagnosing and resolving login, authentication, printing, and remote access issues;

- Create, configure, modify, and deactivate user accounts as part of onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Perform routine administration in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and identity management platforms.

- Monitor, prioritize, and escalate incidents to higher support levels when required.

- Document troubleshooting procedures and contribute to continuous process improvements.

- Support end users with technical issues while maintaining high service quality and response times.

- Develop knowledge of Microsoft Intune and advanced Microsoft 365 administration with guidance from senior team members.

Who You Are:

- IT Support professional with 2+ years of experience providing Level 1/2 technical support in enterprise environments.

- Skilled in troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, authentication, printing, and remote access issues.

- Experienced in user lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and account administration.

- Strong problem solver with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Eager to expand expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern workplace technologies while collaborating in a team environment.
