Are you an experienced in Facilities Management with a strong compliance background? We are looking for a Workplace Compliance Manager to lead the management of workplace compliance, facilities services and statutory obligations across our office estate.
Reporting to the Director of SHEQ, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, standards and management system requirements, including fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, gas, electrical and physical security arrangements. You'll oversee FM and M&E contractors, manage planned maintenance programmes, drive service performance through KPIs and SLAs, and support the delivery of sustainability, business continuity and workplace improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have significant Facilities Management experience, strong contractor management skills and a proven track record of delivering compliance and operational excellence within a multi-site environment. A facilities management qualification (IWFM or equivalent) and a health and safety qualification such as IOSH are essential.
