Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Workplace & AV Technology Application Consultant to support the management, implementation, and continuous improvement of workplace-related applications and building-specific AV systems.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of modern workplace solutions, drive innovation, and take ownership of internal IT-related initiatives in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

• Manage, implement, and enhance workplace-related applications and building-specific AV systems

• Continuously improve existing products and actively manage feature pipelines

• Explore innovative concepts and transform ideas into future-ready solutions

• Coordinate and manage internal IT projects with a high degree of ownership and initiative

• Lead the conceptual design of new solutions within the workplace and AV technology domain

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure effective delivery and integration of solutions

• Several years of hands-on experience with workplace-related applications, ideally including:

  • Workplace management
  • Visitor management
  • Building automation
  • CCTV
  • Access management

• Solid understanding of workplace and AV technologies

• Ability to read and interpret building and electrical plans

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

• Proactive, ambitious, and hands-on mindset with strong ownership mentality

• Experience coordinating and delivering internal IT projects

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

• German is an advantage, especially for collaboration with local teams and suppliers
