TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations, and the notion of style.

With an appreciation for how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Archetype pieces are realized in authentic materials, rich textures and graphic silhouettes. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals, and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Workplace Assistant to join our team in Paris part-time. In this role you will be responsible for our new Paris house, including office, showrooms and studio, in terms of employee and guest experience. You will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer and will work directly with Paris based team members and managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical workplace infrastructure and operations, including technical setups, facilities maintenance, vendor relations, and office supply procurement to ensure a functional working environment.
• Elevate the workplace aesthetic and community experience by maintaining a beautiful, tidy office, coordinating amenities like flowers, coffee and fruit, arranging meetings, and planning social events for employees and visitors.
• Set up the necessary infrastructure for the new house, including cleaning-, recycling- and delivery- services and purchases.
• Managing IT provisions, mobile subscriptions, and partner access during employee transitions.
• Handling the complete lifecycle of staff members from arrival to departure.
• Coordinating user profiles and permissions within the corporate travel agency platform.
• Support events taking place in the Paris house including supporting the Wholesale Team in the Showroom.

Your Profile

• A couple of years of experience in service in a related field, such as premium hospitality or office operations.
• Tech-savvy in modern digital workplaces.
• An eye for aesthetics and have the ability to enhance the ambiance with the details that make all the difference - from flowers to coffee arrangements to scent etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Right to work in France

This is a part-time position based at TOTEME's Paris house with an immediate start date.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
