
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We’re looking for a Workplace and Administration Support Officer to deliver professional support services to NZTA staff, enabling them to succeed in their core business. In this role, you’ll manage workplace functions and provide either administration and/or travel coordination support, contributing to the smooth operation of our office’s.

This role offers a salary range of $65,278–$75,585 per annum (pro rata), depending on skills and experience.

You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public service.

You’ll be part of Te Ama – Commercial and Corporate, within the Support Services team, which provides shared services that enable NZTA to operate efficiently and effectively. We support safe, productive workplaces and travel solutions across the organisation.
