More Than a Job: A Mission

As a Workpackage Controller you will support finances for ALM (Asset Life Management) projects. you will provide financial analysis, advice and guidance to support the project team in making the best business decisions . You will be the main partner for cost controlling of the project and supports Project Managers in risks and opportunities process to sign-off on contingencies and committed savings.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Acting as a business partner to provide finance advice, guidance and tutoring to the core project team
  • Escalating risks and opportunities to increase core team attention on specific costing issues
  • Forecasting , challenging and approving Project Financial KPIs such as cash, sales and margin
  • Controlling the project gross margin through detailed work package reviews
  • In this role, you will continuously add value by controlling the different financial budgets set at tender stage

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; Accounting; Economics or similar is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant project experience, some finance/accounting exposure
  • Sound finance fundamentals, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • CPA certification is an asset

This role can be based in Thunder Bay, ON.

Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset to facilitate communication with our partners, suppliers, colleagues, and international clients. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
