We’re looking for a Finance Transformation Consultant to join our Finance team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the implementation of Workiva across the global finance organization, consulting with stakeholders and governing appropriate use and best practices.

Reporting to the Workiva COE Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Workiva across the global finance organization, consulting with stakeholders and governing appropriate use and best practices. The individual is a key member of the Global Controllers team, supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Workiva platform, while building positive relationships with finance teams across all segments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business stakeholders on Workiva reporting opportunities, define and document overall implementation goals, timelines and level of support required
  • Partner with technical teams to build, develop and maintain data connections
  • Manage full-service implementations once assigned from needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, and build strong internal relationships
  • Organize and conduct pre- and post-launch activities including requirements sessions, UAT, training, process documentation and platform support
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and technical teams on status of implementations
  • Manage Data and workflow standardization and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Information Technology or equivalent practical experience combining IT and finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a finance or accounting role, ideally with experience on projects, transformation, and process improvement
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
  • Deep knowledge of financial reporting processes and systems
  • Analytical skills with the ability to design, organize and analyze information and reports with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workiva platform is an asset
  • Experience in workflow development and analysis techniques including Alteryx is a plus
  • Knowledge of queries, power apps, power automate is an advantage
  • Advanced excel skills with the ability to produce graphs, tables and perform calculations and automations
  • Ability to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures
  • Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced and multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities.
