Job Description

We are looking to add a strong leader to our team as our workload continues to grow. We focus exclusively on wet utilities (water & sewer) for commercial projects and subdivisions.

This role is hands-on and requires someone who can lead from the front.

Responsibilities include:

• Running equipment and working in the field
• Leading and managing a utility crew
• Installing water and sewer utilities
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
• Hiring crew members as needed
• Completing jobs largely independently (90% self-sufficient)
