Job Description

About the role:

A supervisor manages a team's daily operations, acting as the bridge between frontline staff and management. Key responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring performance, training employees, enforcing safety policies, and resolving conflicts to ensure operational goals are met. They provide hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality service and productivity

Your responsibilities:

Plan shifts and align with other shift leads;

  • Manage the shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, monitoring task execution, and following up with all team members.

  • Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending) activities within the respective shifts.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines during the respective shifts.

  • Execute selected administrative activities related to the shift work.

  • Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.
