As a Working Student/Intern in Design System/AI Solutions (m/f/d), you will be an integral part of our global team at Allianz Technology, where innovation meets technology. Our team leverages cutting-edge AI to empower UX/UI designers and business stakeholders - enhancing their onboarding experience and enabling them to design and develop global digital Allianz solutions. You will be part of a global Allianz UX community. You will immerse in a dynamic environment where AI tooling and AI capabilities for Design Systems supports large-scale, agile programs with a global reach, providing scalable solutions and fostering seamless collaboration across teams.

Our goal is to create engaging customer experiences built on the latest technology for Allianz customers across the globe. The team is based in Munich and collaborates closely with Allianz Technology's globally distributed delivery network to ensure high scalability.

What you do

• Develop and improve AI systems for creating digital experiences in Allianz.
• Test AI tools integration with design system deliverables.
• Enable large language models with design system context.
• Convert design system requirements into machine-readable code.
• Enhance design and front-end development tools with AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create documentation and design assets.
• Work with UX/UI designers and researchers to optimize AI-powered workflows – and enhance workflows in the global Allianz communities.

What you bring

• Student in Digital Design or Computer Science with a focus on UX Design, Frontend Development, or AI
• Ability to contribute to UI/UX design tasks
• Knowledge of AI, specifically large language models and Model Context Protocol
• Experience with Figma and its AI tools
• Basic coding skills in frontend technologies like Angular HTML and CSS
• Motivated to learn about and contribute to the Design System
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and content creation skills, preferably in English
• Available to start around October 2026 for a 6-month internship (full-time) or working student position (16-20 hours/week)

• Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
