We are looking for a student to support the team part-timemax. 20 hours a week from1st ofSeptember2026for a year.  

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR   

• Update and ensure data quality of Consulting opportunities in Salesforce, Zimit, andWorkday 

• Update and ensure data quality of Consulting projectsinWorkday 

• Maintain the forward load report 

• Providegeneralsupportregardingreporting, invoicing, and planning. 

• Supportforecasting,utilization,and capacity managementactivities 

• Provide administrative supportarounddocumentation 

 WHAT WE VALUE   

• You are an enrolled student in a master’s degree program in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science,Mathematicsor comparable courses of study. 

• Ideally, you havealready gained some practical experience by working with data,reportsand administrative tasks. 

• You have a goodproficiencyin written and spoken English; German is a plus.

• You are familiar with MS Office applications, above all Excel. 

• Youcanwork autonomously,accuratelyand with a high degree of self-responsibility 

• Youpossessvery goodanalytical skills

• You enjoy working in intercultural teams 

• You are curious to get to know new tools such as Salesforce, Zimit,andWorkday
