YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You support our engineering teams in developing and maintaining frontend applications with a modern technology stack (React, TypeScript, micro-frontends).
You learn how infrastructure and build systems work together to host and deliver our website in a fast and secure way.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining insights into design systems, customer-facing features, and core modules.
You assist in maintaining our web build infrastructure and gradually take ownership of smaller tasks that impact our website.
You get the opportunity to explore and work with our Output Management System (OMS), applying AI-powered tools to support analysis, documentation, and engineering tasks as part of your daily work.
You continuously expand your technical knowledge by working side by side with experienced engineers.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Student status You are currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Curiosity & learning mindset You are motivated to learn modern web technologies and apply your university knowledge in a real-world environment.
First coding experience You have initial experience with TypeScript and React (university projects, personal projects, or internships).
Nice to have Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, or cloud services is a plus, but not required—you’ll learn on the job.
Team spirit You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, sharing ideas, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
