Working Student is a great opportunity to gain practical knowledge, and P&G offers this! In a working student engagement with P&G, you are expected to work up to 20 hours/week, hence working part time along with focusing on your university subjects as well. Get an opportunity to support our Warehouse department and gain first-hand experience in a multi-national company.

During your working student experience, get hands on experience on the projects and get a chance to be a part of collaborative global teams to deliver a bigger vision, while gaining knowledge and guidance by the experts themselves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct data analyses & feasibility studies for automation projects.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Simplify work processes by utilizing digital tools (Power BI, Excel).
  • Use Lean Management Tools (VSM, WPI) to identify and eliminate losses.
  • Assist in implementing Safety, Quality and 5S standards within the warehouse.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain challenges and optimize end-to-end workflows.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • Enrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related fields.
  • Living in commutable distance from Gross-Gerau area and willing to work from the office for at least 3 days/week.
  • Proficiency in English & German language.
  • Good collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Great level of self-organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership by approaching and solving challenges.
  • Team oriented, with a “can do“ attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
  • Creative, innovative, strong in your initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting.
  • Able to play a key role and influence across levels and functions.
