At a company that contributes to the responsible use of resources with smart digital solutions, shapes technological development in the industry, and fights climate change? From theory to innovation: Bring your knowledge from the lecture hall directly into real tech projects!

You will work directly with experienced tax professionals and be integrated into an international team covering more than 60 legal entities in 11 countries. Prior tax knowledge is not required - we will teach you the tax context you need. What matters is your analytical mindset and your interest in data, automation, and process improvement.

Your new area of responsibility – motivating and future-oriented:

  • Build and optimize automated data workflows in Alteryx, e.g. for data validation, reconciliation, and the preparation of recurring tax deliverables
  • Support the modeling of tax processes in BPMN 2.0 and their documentation and governance in SAP Signavio, including maintenance of our tax risk and control framework
  • Contribute to cross-functional automation and digitalization initiatives across corporate income tax, VAT, and transfer pricing - from idea and proof of concept to rollout
  • Support the structured documentation and quality assurance of tax and transfer pricing processes and data flows
Your qualifications – well-founded and adequate:

  • Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working - you enjoy understanding a process end-to-end and making it better
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is a strong plus: Power BI, Alteryx, SAP Signavio, BPMN 2.0 process modeling; experience with SQL, Python, or Power Automate is also welcome
  • Confident handling of Excel and large data sets
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own small projects, and collaborate in an international environment
  • Fluent English (our working language); German is an advantage but not required
  • Interest in tax and transfer pricing topics is a plus
Our benefits:
  • Flexible working hours of about 20 - 30 hours/week, perfectly compatible with your studies
  • Incorporated window days, more free time through free window days without having to use vacation days
  • Extensive development opportunities
  • Canteen on site
  • Open and family-like corporate culture
  • and much more
