We are looking for an organized and proactive Working Student who is interested in and enjoys working on People topics. In this role, you will primarily support our Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination and administrative activities while gaining insight into broader HR processes. Depending on business needs and your interest, you may also have the opportunity to support selected Talent Planning Solutions projects.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international HR environment and learn how talent processes support a global technology organization.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Manage interview-related communication, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Support the planning and execution of student-focused events such as career fairs and information sessions
  • Process reimbursement requests for candidates attending onsite interviews
  • Support recruiting for student and intern positions
  • Maintain candidate and recruitment data in Workday and other HR systems
  • Perform regular data quality and compliance checks, including monthly data-cleanup activities
  • Participate in selected people and organizational development initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and talent-related topics
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner
  • Professional and confident communication skills in English & German
  • Reliable, proactive, friendly and service-oriented mindset
