Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (flexible based on your study schedule)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student – Talent Acquisition to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate recruitment while working alongside experienced TA professionals in a collaborative international environment.

You'll play an important role in attracting, engaging, and supporting talent across the recruitment lifecycle while developing valuable skills in Talent Acquisition, candidate experience, and employer branding.

What You'll Do

Support Recruitment Activities

• Post and maintain job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards and other talent channels.
• Screen applications and identify candidates aligned with role requirements.
• Support the preparation of employment offers and recruitment documentation.

Coordinate Interviews

• Schedule interviews across multiple teams and locations.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Help track and communicate interview feedback in a timely manner.

Enhance Candidate Experience

• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide updates, answer basic questions, and ensure a positive candidate journey.

Contribute to Talent Acquisition Projects

• Support recruitment events, university partnerships, career fairs, training sessions, and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and follow-up activities.

Provide Administrative Support

• Maintain recruitment records and systems.
• Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition and HR administration activities.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in leveraging digital and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or other automation and analytics solutions.
