Working Student Sustainability (m/w/d)
Your Tasks
Main Responsibilities of the Position
- Supporting the Sustainability Department in its activities, including the preparation of the OHB Group’s annual Sustainability Report
- Contributing to the conceptual development and content creation of the OHB Group’s sustainability communications
- Assisting in the preparation and continuous development of analyses and concepts aligned with the sustainability strategy
- Supporting the collection, validation, and preparation of sustainability-related data
- Assisting in the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
- Creating, reviewing, and updating audience-specific content for sustainability communications, particularly for the one.OHB intranet, the OHB SE website, subsidiary websites, and social media channels
- Collaborating closely with the Corporate Communications Department
- Supporting the analysis and interpretation of sustainability-related regulatory requirements and assisting with their implementation
- Conducting research on sustainability topics and preparing research findings for internal use
- Managing and monitoring the general sustainability mailbox (sustainability@ohb.de)
Your Qualificatons
Professional Competencies (including Methodological and Digital Skills)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably with a focus on Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of sustainability-related topics and frameworks
- Knowledge of corporate communications and communication practices
- Excellent written and spoken German skills (minimum C1 level according to the CEFR)
- Good written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level according to the CEFR)
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
Personal Competencies (including Interpersonal and Self-Management Skills)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Structured, meticulous, and self-driven working style
- Willingness and eagerness to learn
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Additional Requirements
- Strong understanding of and interest in sustainability-related topics
- Affinity for translating data and information into clear, compelling written content
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a concise and audience-oriented manner (optional enhancement often used in English job descriptions)
