Your tasks?

• As a working student (d/m/f/x) in the field of strategy and portfolio management, you will support the analysis of the IT portfolio (e.g. in the area of retention and loyalty) and identify gaps and optimization potential.
• You will be actively involved in cross-departmental initiatives and support the planning and implementation of workshops or departmental meetings.
• You will also work on the design and further development of AI-supported agents.
• You will contribute your own suggestions for improvement and work iteratively on the further development of existing work artifacts.
• Ensuring the consistency of numbers and information from different source systems will also be part of your tasks. In the event of discrepancies, you research the causes and make corrections.
• In addition, you will prepare and design high-quality presentation documents for strategy reviews, portfolio meetings or decision-making bases at management level.
• Last but not least, you will create and maintain clear one-pagers, protocols or guidelines to make knowledge accessible to the team.
  

Your profile?

• You are studying in a relevant subject area such as business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, computer science, data science or a comparable course of study.
• Your openness to new things, an affinity for technology and a willingness to learn enable you to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and react flexibly to requirements.
• Your strong analytical thinking skills enable you to structure complex problems independently, prioritize relevant information and independently develop solutions.
• You impress with a high level of initiative, an independent and proactive way of working, organize projects in a structured way, set clear priorities and always work reliably and carefully.
• Your strong communication and teamwork skills enable you to actively exchange ideas with colleagues and interface partners even when working independently and thus contribute to joint success.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint or are motivated to familiarize yourself quickly, whereby knowledge of "vibe coding" or an interest in AI-supported solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent German language skills at C1-C2 level (mother tongue) and fluent English skills (B2) round off your profile.
