We are a commercial organisation based in Reutlingen, Germany, responsible for the German-speaking markets, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In addition, we work closely with our office in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, which is responsible for the Benelux, Nordics, and the United Kingdom.

For our Sales Department, we are looking for a:

Working Student Revenue Growth Management (m/f/d)

Starting in December 2026 – ideally for 5 months

What you can expect:

In this role, you will support the development and implementation of pricing and growth strategies, ensure compliance with Bonduelle Group standards, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance initiatives.

This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) processes and tools, while actively contributing to sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

  • Support the analysis of pricing, promotion, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales and profitability across customers and channels and help derive actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain reports, analyses, and dashboards, primarily using Excel.
  • Prepare, process, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality and reliable business insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Gain hands-on experience in Revenue Growth Management and learn how commercial decisions are made in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What you bring:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
  • Initial practical experience, ideally in the FMCG industry, is a plus.
  • You have a strong interest in Revenue Growth Management, Sales, and/or Finance.
  • You are motivated to quickly build expertise in RGM processes, methodologies, data management, business levers, and key performance indicators.
  • You have strong analytical and digital skills and enjoy working with data, particularly in Excel.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
  • You are a proactive and reliable team player who is equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • You have a structured way of working, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic business environment.
