Working student Purchasing (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) with a passion for data and the ability to transform complex procurement and SAP data into clear analyses and meaningful visualizations. The capability to derive actionable insights from large datasets and present them effectively in Excel or Power BI is a key success factor for this role.

Your Tasks

• Directly support the Head of Department across a broad range of ongoing topics and initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of internal reports and management presentations
• Support the implementation of an eProcurement platform
• Maintain and analyze data within SAP
• Assist in the development and establishment of a category management framework
• Perform administrative tasks and support document management processes

Your Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable discipline
• Keen interest in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain management
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Advanced Excel proficiency is required
• Experience with Power BI and working knowledge of SAP are considered a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
