What you'll do

  • Supporting the organisation and planning of ongoing projects, including the creation, updating and maintenance of project plans, schedules and task lists
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings and project-related discussions with internal project stakeholders and relevant contacts
  • Preparing and compiling presentations, minutes, status reports, decision-making materials and other project-related documents
  • Continuously tracking tasks, milestones and outstanding items, while identifying delays or required actions at an early stage
  • Maintaining project documentation and filing structures, as well as supporting the project management team with KPI preparation and administrative tasks

Who you are

  • Enrolled student in business administration, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable degree program
  • Strong interest in project work, organisation and structured processes, with an ability to approach tasks systematically and keep track of multiple topics
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, including the ability to prepare clear presentations, organize information and manage schedules effectively
  • Reliable, conscientious and independent working style, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Highly engaged in coordinating different tasks, maintaining an overview and communicating confidently in German and English
