The Role: We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support our Product Management on an AI product in the area of mental health/performance. This is a hands-on, operational role: you will take on product owner tasks day to day and work directly with the Product Lead to keep the team organised and moving. If you want to understand how a product team actually runs (how requirements get written, how stakeholders stay aligned, how the work gets from an idea to a shipped feature), this is a role where you will see all of it up close rather than from the outside. Take on operational product owner tasks for the team: preparing and maintaining tickets, keeping the backlog clean and well structured, and making sure requirements are clear before they reach the team. Own the team's documentation: keeping specs, decisions and process documentation up to date and easy for everyone to find. Support stakeholder management: coordinating with the different teams involved, gathering input, chasing open points and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Take part in the scrum ceremonies (refinement, planning, review and retro) and help prepare and follow up on them. Get involved in the discovery phase: joining problem-statement workshops, helping gather the data and user research that frames a problem, and seeing how a feature goes from a question to a decision. Work on AI-powered features alongside our Data Science/AI team, one of the most interesting and fast-moving parts of our product. Support the Product Lead with the organisational and coordination work that keeps a project of this size running. You… Are enrolled at a german university for the duration of the working student contract. Any field is welcome: computer science, design, psychology, business and others. Have first exposure to product management, agile ways of working or project coordination, whether through an internship, a working student role or your own projects. Structured and reliable: You keep track of details, follow up without being asked, and are comfortable being the person who knows where things stand. Are a confident communicator who enjoys working with different people and is not shy about asking questions or chasing an answer. Are genuine interest in tech and AI products. You follow how the space is developing and are curious about what it takes to build AI features that actually work for users.
